Complex Design and Geolocalization Challenges
Developing the project was a challenging task, and I encountered several design obstacles along the way. I had to create an intuitive user interface that would work seamlessly with advanced features while maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Additionally, I had to ensure that the platform was scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
(Goal)
Enhance User Experience
My primary goal with this project was to design an innovative platform that could redefine the way people interact with technology. I wanted to create a product that was intuitive, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing while offering innovative features that would enhance the user experience.
(Solution)
Revolutionizing the Digital Landscape
The successful launch of this project has revolutionized the digital landscape. With my design, I have provided users with an unparalleled experience that surpasses all expectations. The platform is now scalable, secure, and user-friendly, and it has set a new standard for digital design. The feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am thrilled to see the impact that my work has made in the industry.
Starting Point

The previous version had many limitations for the end user. From a systemic standpoint, there were few withdrawal options; from a usability standpoint, there was no hierarchy to help users easily understand which action was most important (withdrawing); and there was a lack of transparency, as fees were not displayed.
Exploration and Improvements
The explorations were driven by information hierarchy and navigation improvements. Before deciding what to withdraw, users need a clear view of their assets. Since this user profile is not crypto-savvy, a detailed breakdown is essential for them to feel informed and confident about their movements. A home screen with greater clarity, a more thorough asset breakdown, and an activity summary is not only more transparent — it actively encourages users to withdraw funds.
Transaction Flows

The transaction flow (withdraw, send, receive, buy) needed to stay simple while providing clearer guidance throughout. The transaction amount was prioritized as the focal point, and depending on the flow, additional features were introduced — such as real-time crypto-to-fiat conversion, exchange rate information, and a breakdown of transaction and third-party fees.

The previous version suffered from information overload in the flows displaying banks, neobanks, and similar services. The list was endless ,no filters, infinite scroll, and no relation to the user's location. This exploration led to two key decisions: on the technical side, surfacing services relevant to the user's context; and on the UX side, introducing filters to eliminate the need to scroll through hundreds of items.

The internationalization challenge: every language represents currencies and monetary values differently, there is no universal standard. Since this product wasn't aimed primarily at a US audience but at a fully international one, the exploration focused on defining a consistent in-product standard that could work across languages, even if it deviated from the typographic conventions of some of them. The priority was finding a representation that was both useful and adaptable.
